Clean & Simple You Are My Happy Card

I just can't get enough of the September stamp special, You Are My Happy! So, when I saw this weeks Freshly Made Sketch I instantly knew this was the card I was going to make. It's simple and sweet which is exactly what I wanted it to be. The one small piece of B&T paper comes from the Huntington Paper Pack...probably my favorite paper pack from the Autumn/Winter Idea Book

I've had great feedback on the Artbooking Mini Album so I've decided to offer it as a take-home kit! Everything in the kit will be pre-cut and ready for assembly. All you'll need is adhesive and your photos and in just in hour our two you'll have a beautifully completed mini-album!

Mojo Monday 309 & You Are My Happy

Yesterday's post featured a beautiful sentiment from the You Are My Happy National Scrapbooking Month special. Today I decided to use one of the many images as the focal point and create this fun birthday card using Mojo Monday Sketch #309. 

The paper is from Spring's Chantilly set and since it was a girly birthday card I added some bling in the form of glitter paper! It adds the perfect finishing touch without going over the top. The circle frame was created with the Artiste cartridge.

I couldn't ignore the inside of this card so I added a sentiment from the You Are My Happy set. I like that the sentiment doesn't scream birthday so that it can be used for other occasions as well.

You Are My Happy & FMS 102

I finally received my You Are My Happy stamp set trio and had a few minutes to play. The sentiments that come with this set our outstanding and I knew I wanted to use one of the them as a starting point for this card.

The design of the card is from Freshly Made Sketches #102. The paper is a retired pack called Splendor. The large sun was cut from the Artiste Cartridge and reshaped with Cricut Craft Room to fit the sketch and layout. The little sun image is also from the You Are My Happy trio.
